Karoline Leavitt Brought Spin to a Satire Fight, Bullshit Meter Maxed
By: Joe Bob Justice
🍺 Lemme tell you what happened.
I sat down with a cold one, ready to laugh at a few zingers. Figured Jimmy Kimmel would be roasting some politicians, maybe make fun of a celebrity haircut, you know — light stuff.
Instead?
I watched the Trump campaign’s press secretary, a lady named Karoline Leavitt, look America in the eye on national TV… and tell us that Donald Trump fixed California’s water crisis.
😳
I nearly choked on my beer.
🎬 Watch it yourself if you think I’m joking:
It seems its become hard to find. Drop me a link and Ill repost. Here’s a synopsis https://youtu.be/Lp0jeVjwY3YYou’re gonna need a mop for the mess they made.
Let’s break it down, Bullshit-O-Meter style:
Kimmel: “Wait… did Trump really fix L.A.’s water?”
Leavitt: “Yes. Through pressure. It worked.”
Bullshit-O-Meter reading: 🔥 9.8 outta 10 🔥
Folks, this wasn’t just a dumb answer — this was Orwellian improv.
Like she trained at the Ministry of Gaslight and got her diploma in “Alternative Facts & Imaginary Infrastructure.”
📚 1984 Called. It Wants a Rewrite.
If you ever read 1984 (and judging by her performance, she maybe skimmed the back cover), you’ll know the playbook:
➡️ Deny reality
➡️ Repeat the lie
➡️ Blame someone else
➡️ Act like you’re the victim
That ain’t politics.
That’s state-sponsored delusion with a laugh track.
🤡 When the Comedian’s the Last Truth-Teller Standing…
You know who came off as the honest one?
The guy with the late-night punchlines.
That’s how far we’ve slid, y’all.
🧢 Comedians tell the truth.
👔 Politicians tell the punchlines.
🎭 And press secretaries juggle flaming lies on national TV.
We’ve crossed into Idiocracy — just with better lighting and designer flag pins.
🧠 This Ain’t Just a Meme. It’s a Warning.
You might think, “It’s just a dumb TV moment. Why get worked up?”
Because this is how truth dies — not with a bang, but with a chuckle.
This ain’t about water.
It’s about whether truth even matters anymore.
“Don’t trust what you saw. Trust what we told you.”
— That’s the new national slogan, apparently.
🚩 Real Talk: She Didn’t “Hold Her Ground.” She Held a Lie.
And I don’t care how straight her face was —
bullshit don’t become truth just ‘cause you didn’t blink.
They’ve told you to:
❌ Distrust science
❌ Distrust journalism
❌ Distrust elections
…and now?
They wanna rewrite hydraulics in California.
Lord help us.
Next week they’ll say Trump turned wine into Gatorade and solved the drought with a tweet.
💡 What Should We Be Talking About?
If you really wanna fix California’s water?
We gotta talk aquifers.
Infrastructure.
Drought cycles.
Hell, even climate resilience (yeah, I said it).
But nah — instead we get a blonde bobblehead saying, “He pressured the state and it magically rained.”
🫠 We’ve entered the stage where satire’s outpaced by real life.
🗣️ So What Do We Do?
We hold the damn line.
We say “No ma’am, I saw that. That ain’t true.”
We call it what it is — performance propaganda.
📖 We dust off our books.
🎯 We fire up our own Bullshit-O-Meters.
⚠️ And we refuse to treat insanity like “just politics.”
Because if we don’t?
They’ll gaslight us into believing we never had water at all.
🧭 Joe Bob’s Final Word:
You don’t need to be a Democrat.
You don’t need to be a liberal.
You just need to still believe in truth.
And if the only people still asking questions are the comedians?
It’s time the rest of us started standing up again.
